- 25% Discount off further ongoing silver entries.
- Unlimited Bronze Advertising - allowing you to list all your remaining stock, with size, brief description, and contact point.
- Free Directory Listing under Property Agents - with 30-word description, logo, hyperlink to your own web site, and e-mail reply service.
- Free use of search engine for your own site - feature your own properties only on your web site, with a personalised search engine, with your colours and logos, or using your existing frame.
- Free PDF upload facility - have your sales particulars available on-line for Silver properties.
£180 per month all-inclusive package includes the following;
- Three Silver Ongoing Property Entries Each Month.
- 10% Discount off further ongoing silver entries.

We provide our customers the option of using a customised property search facility for their own website. Customised sales packages are available which include this option for FREE with discounts for property entries included. Examples are shown above. Brochure Design
We also offer a professional service designing sales particulars/property brochures. We cover a complete range from design work, illustration, logo creation and map/site plan design. To discuss options please phone our PropRT Design Team on 08707373222.
Brochure Service
We can offer you a brochure service from:
£600 for 500 A4 350GSM Full Colour Gloss Laminated.
£800 for 1000 A4 350GSM Full Colour Gloss Laminated.
All design costs are included and will only go to print once you have approved them. We would obviously do some preliminary designs and see which parts you like and work more to these. Finer points can be modified near completion. Photography will be charged as extra but can be provided along with floor plans. Maps and Logos etc all included.

A directory entry on PropRT.
Will give you:
- Your company details on our Internet Directory for 12 months.
- Directories are posted within the relevant geographic area and the PropRT website currently generates a hit rate of 15,000 per week.
- Corrections or changes to your entry at any time.
- You can choose from 3 different directory types.
